- 500 gr frozen peas
- Juice of half a lemon
- ½ cup crème fraiche
Cook the peas in salted water for around 3 minutes.
Place into a blender with the crème fraiche and half a teaspoon salt and blitz until smooth.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and blitz again then serve.
If you want a smooth puree, once blended pass through a sieve.
